Looking for coin flooring? We offer a full selection of garage floor mats and garage floor tiles.
Coin flooring is one of the more popular patterns of garage flooring and shop flooring on the market today. Coin flooring typically comes in a small coin pattern and a large coin flooring. The small coin is about the size of a dime or nickel, whereas the large coin is larger.
While diamond pattern floor mats are also very popular, there are circumstances that make the coin pattern a better choice. Coin vinyl and tile allow wheels to roll better, and some people find it more comfortable for walking on. Commercial locations almost always go with coin.
Types of Coin Garage Flooring
There are several types of coin floor mats and tiles on the market. Better life technologies make the G-Floor mats. These are available in both small and large coin. They are made in the USA . They are the only wide-format PVC flooring vinyl roll to be made in the US. They offer a limited life time warranty, they are relatively slip resistant, and they clean with mild soap and a damp mop. They keep oil leaks from getting to the concrete, are waterproof, and are even available in custom-cut lengths.
Generally speaking, you loose lay the product and cut it with a sharp utility knife. Some customers prefer double-sided carpet tape or other types of double-sided tape, such as the TtueLock product.
We have even had people use it as bathroom flooring and on shop floors. It can also be used on trailers.
Garage Floor tiles are another popular choice for garages. There are no seams; they are more durable flooring, provide years of use, and can be installed in about a day. They are sold by the piece and can cover almost any size and shape — obviously, the more complicated the shape, the harder the installation.
Like garage floor mats, they clean with mild detergent. Edges are used at the garage door. They are outstanding for parking on, as tires will not stain them. Tiles can be harder to trim as they require a table saw or circular saw.

Warning about Rubber Flooring
As a general warning about rubber flooring, it is not appropriate for garage or bathroom applications. This is because rubber flooring will absorb automotive and other fluids and swell. Rubber flooring is better suited for home gyms and other anti-fatigue applications.
