By making a purchase on this site, you agree to have your account charged for said purchase at the time of sale. In consideration of this charge, your order will be processed within 1 business day. You agree to terms and conditions as well as shipping times posted on this site. Damaged or Products Shipped In error
We will fix our errors at our expense. We will replace product damaged in shipping. We will do our best to correct any and all damage caused by the freight carrier as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, many freight carriers will require your participation in the process. By placing an order with us you agree to help us resolve any freight claims in a manner consistent with the freight carriers policies. In some cases, we can get new product to you before receiving the damaged product back. In these events, if we do not receive the damaged product back your credit card may be charged.

YOU MUST NOTIFY US OF DAMAGE, IN WRITING, VIA FAX OR EMAIL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING DAMAGED MERCHANDISE. WE KNOW THIS IS AN INCONVENIENCE, BUT WE HAVE TO COMPLY WITH VARIOUS CARRIERS RULES.

IF THE FREIGHT COMPANY WANTS YOU TO SIGN FOR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE MAKE SURE YOU NOTE THE BILL OF LADING AND HAVE THE DRIVER PROVIDE YOU WITH A SIGNED COPY.

Return Policy

We offer a 20-day satisfaction guarantee on most orders. You can find the details of the guarantee. The 20-day customer satisfaction guarantee applies to new products purchased at garagefloor.com at our retail price.

The customer will receive a 100% credit less our original actual cost1 of shipping. The customer will be responsible for costs of returning the shipment and making arrangements with the carrier of their choice. The product must be in new condition and in it's original packaging.

The satisfaction guarantee applies to the original purchaser within 20 calendar days of delivery. The guarantee does not apply to clearance items or custom cut garage flooring but does apply to standard size garage flooring.

The refund will be issued in the form of an in house credit that may be used at garagefloor.com or any of our sister companies. You must call 888-8-Garage and advise them that you are a customer wishing to take advantage of the 20 day customer satisfaction guarantee.

If you would like to return a product and you have had it for less than 20 days you may be able to return it under our satisfaction guarantee. Please see above for details. 20 Days after Delivery All Sales Are Final. garagefloor.com is a marketer of manufactured products and some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. In some cases manufactured goods are in inventory at our location and shipped directly to you. As such, we are unable to accept returns. We pride ourselves in having satisfied customers and will attempt to assist in facilitating returns with the manufacturers to the extent made possible by the manufacturer. In the event that we are able to arrange a return to the manufacturer, you may be credited the amount of the purchase less actual delivery costs and restocking fees. Restocking fees may be as much as 50%. In the event we agree to accept a return, credit will only be issued if the product is unopened and in perfect retail condition. There are absolutely no returns on custom products, products that have been used or garage flooring. Prior to making a return, if authorized, customer must obtain a return authorization number.

Dispute Resolution

Arbitration. Any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, shall be settled solely and exclusively by binding arbitration in Grand Junction, CO. Such arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the then prevailing commercial arbitration rules of JAMS/Endispute ("JAMS"), with the following exceptions if in conflict: (a) one arbitrator shall be chosen by JAMS; (b) each party to the arbitration will pay its pro rata share of the expenses and fees of the arbitrator, together with other expenses of the arbitration incurred or approved by the arbitrator; and (c) arbitration may proceed in the absence of any party if written notice (pursuant to the JAMS' rules and regulations) of the proceedings has been given to such party. Each party shall bear its own attorneys fees and expenses. The parties agree to abide by all decisions and awards rendered in such proceedings. Such decisions and awards rendered by the arbitrator shall be final and conclusive. All such controversies, claims or disputes shall be settled in this manner in lieu of any action at law or equity; provided however, that nothing in this subsection shall be construed as precluding the bringing an action for injunctive relief or other equitable relief. The arbitrator shall not have the right to award punitive damages or speculative damages to either party and shall not have the power to amend this Agreement. The arbitrator shall be required to follow applicable law.

IF FOR ANY REASON THIS ARBITRATION CLAUSE BECOMES NOT APPLICABLE, THEN EACH PARTY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ALL RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY AS TO ANY ISSUE RELATING HERETO IN ANY ACTION, PROCEEDING, OR COUNTERCLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY OTHER MATTER INVOLVING THE PARTIES HERETO.

In the event of a conflict as to which arbitration laws shall be used the dispute shall be resolved under the Federal Arbitration Act.

Severability Clause

The provisions of these terms are hereby declared to be severable and if any clause, sentence, word, section or provision is declared void or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, it shall not affect any portion of these terms other than said part of portion thereof.

Warranty Information

Many of the products we carry have manufacturers warranties. A copy of the warranty is available at your request by calling 888-8-Garage or emailing sale@garagefloor.com. garagefloor.com is happy to assist you in working with the manufacturer on warranty claims, but it is important to note that all warranties come directly from the manufacturer and that garagefloor.com and its parent companies do not offer any warranties and hereby expressly disclaims all, warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise with respect to tall goods and services including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Your state may give you certain rights in addition to the information we have provided.

Privacy

We do not disclose, trade or disclose your information for any reason at any time except as directly related to the transaction (we have to provide your address to the shipping company, credit card company, etc) We reserve the right to disclose any and all information to law enforcement or to use such information to collect a debt.

Your email will only be used to communicate with you about your order. Under no circumstances will we or a third party on our behalf contact you via email for marketing purposes.

We do not use a marketing list that tricks you into signing up. Wherever we are asking you to sign up for a marketing lis the default option is NOT to be signed up.

Because we are not the manufacturer of the items sold, we rely on manufacturers representations as to the specifications of the products sold. All information provided on this site is believed to be accurate. All information is provided as is, and by using this site you agree to hold JNK Products, LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless for any information provided. All information, including, but not limited to, text, pictures, forms, and code are property of JNK Products, LLC unless otherwise stated. This information shall not be copied, used, or shared without the express written consent of JNK Products.

Delivery and Shipping


All products are shipped via the least expensive method available which may include UPS, FedEx, Common Carrier, LTL, Airborne Express or other carrier. Shipping times vary and may be as long as 6 weeks (see specific products for details). It is the purchaser's responsibility to make sure that the address they have provided is accessible using the delivery method chosen. Purchaser will be responsible for any and all charges incurred because of poor or limited access, delay, or refusal. These charges will be charged via your original payment method. Purchaser may be required to unload common carrier, LTL, or FedEx Freight deliveries. Free Shipping Rate applies only to orders in contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii)

International Orders


garagefloor.com pricing is for sales inside the contigious United States. If possible, garagefloor.com is happy to arrange for shipment out of the United States so long as it is in compliance with all laws. The customer will be responsible any and all fees including but not limited too freight, taxes, brokerages fees, tariffs, disbursement fees, etc.

Refused Orders

Orders that are refused will be treated as unauthorized returns. The purchaser will be charged all freight charges, including refusal service charges and additional freight to transport back, and a restocking fee of no less than 25% and no greater than 50% at our discretion.

Right to Remedy

While we strive to provide 100% of are orders in a complete and timely fashion, a small percentage of errors may occur. In the event that we make an error the customer agrees that we have the right to correct that error by providing the product that was originally ordered with no further compensation. The customer agrees to assist in any reasonable way during this process.

Legal and Collection Cost


The purchaser agrees to be liable for any and all collection or legal costs resulting from the purchaser's failure to pay, additional delivery or return charges and any and all legal or collection costs incurred by garagefloor.com as a result, directly or indirectly of a consumer purchase.

Processing a sale means that the order will be entered and shipped if the product is at our location. If the product is drop shipped, processed means that the order will be entered and transmitted to the vendor. Please refer to our shipping policies for time for delivery.
