Tylon
Garage Floor Tiles can be used
to cover the entire garage floor
surface, or in combination with
our
Daytona Garage Floor Tile or
our
Coin Garage Floor Tile.
Tylon garage floor tiles are
attractive, but they also serve
a specific function. Tylon
garage floor tile is attractive
and allows snow, water, ice,
dirt, and mud from your vehicle
to fall through the tile. It's
easy to clean too; with a
wet/dry vac, you can vacuum up
dirt right through the tiles!
This keeps your garage cleaner
as the dirt and liquids are not
tracked into the rest of the
garage.
All of our tylon garage tile flooring is built to let water
that gets under them dry. This innovative design contains hundreds of mini
columns below each tile. The durable columns work by allowing air to flow
freely. Unlike competitors, the holes in Tylon garage floor tile products
are small enough that most earrings, nuts and bolts won't fall through.
If you decide on an installation of Tylon garage floor tile over a portion
of your garage floor or shop, we recommend that you place it under each
vehicle. You can accomplish this with a 2 x 20 strip under each tire (1
box per car), or by putting a larger area of Tylon garage floor interlocking
tile under each vehicle.

Garage Floor Tiles, like all garage flooring, expand and contract. It is important to follow the installation instructions to allow for such expansion and contraction. If you have a large job or a job which is an atypical application - such as partially exposed, fully exposed, commercial applications, etc., the product is appropriate for such an application but like any building product special attention to detail may be needed. If you have such a job we recommend you contact us or the flooring provider of your choice so we can discuss job specific installation procedures.
